Everything on a NineThirty company page
One page holds the price, the story behind it and the numbers that justify it. This guide walks through every section as it actually appears: what each control does, what each colour means, and what to do with it.

Where the stock stands today
The section that updates during market hours to reflect the stock's latest position. Price on the left with the support and resistance chart underneath; the highest-impact news and the two range bars on the right.
- Price: Last traded price in USD, the timestamp it was captured, and the change against yesterday's close in absolute and percentage terms.
- Cap band and sector chips: Large / Mid / Small Cap is colour-coded green, amber, red; the sector chip is neutral.
- Support and resistance: A price chart with the levels drawn on it, a timeframe dropdown, and drag-to-pan and zoom controls.
- Top high impact news: The single most consequential story for the stock, with sentiment, source, date, and a link to view all related news.
- Day range and 52W range: The marker shows where the current price sits between the low and the high.
- Watchlist and alerts: Track the stock and get notified when your levels are hit.
Past performance and price behaviour
Three blocks: past performance across multiple time frames, a full trading chart with technical tools, and price and volume based info cards.
- Past performance: Returns for 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, 6 months, 1 year and year-to-date, with gains shown in green and losses in red.
- Technicals sub-tab: Switch from percentage returns to technical metrics including moving averages, RSI, market cap and volume.
- Performance overview: A full candlestick chart with indicators, candlestick pattern tools, Bar Replay, and automatically calculated support and resistance levels.
- Support and resistance levels: Automatically calculated support and resistance levels are overlaid on the chart and dynamically update with price movement, helping identify key price zones.
- Bar Replay: Replay historical price action candle by candle using the Bar Replay button to understand how the stock moved over time.
- Price and volume based info: Price and volume based insights including P/E ratio, beta, Last Day Volume, and Avg. 90D Volume, helping you understand valuation, risk, and changes in trading activity.
Headlines, scored and dated
Five filters across the top, a search box, then the coverage itself on a date timeline. Every story carries a sentiment, an impact rating and a category so you can tell a routine mention from something that matters.
- Filters: Narrow by impact, sentiment, category, source and time window; combine as many as you like.
- Grid or timeline: The two icons on the right switch between article cards and the dated timeline.
- Category: Regulatory, corporate actions, macroeconomic, analyst and more, so you can isolate one kind of news.
- Timestamps down the left: Month, date and time, so news lines up against the price move that day.
- Source: The publication with its mark; the headline opens the original article.
- Share: The button on each row copies a link you can send on.
Corporate actions and filings
The same dated timeline as news, but for the company's own calendar: results, dividends, bonuses, splits and every announcement filed with the exchange. Each row expands in place.
- Corporate actions: Results, dividends, bonus issues, splits and buybacks, each tagged with its type.
- Search and event type: Find a specific filing, or show only dividends, only results, and so on.
- Expand: Opens the detail plus historical analysis: how the price moved around this event in the past.
- Month markers: The left rail groups the timeline so you can scan years quickly.
- Load more: The history goes back years; it loads in pages rather than all at once.
Who is buying and selling
Notable deals surface as cards at the top; every reported transaction sits in the sortable table below, covering management dealing in its own stock.
- Insider: Promoters, directors and employees dealing in their own company's shares.
- Notable deals: The most significant recent transactions pulled out as cards, ranked by how unusual they are.
- Sortable columns: Every header sorts, so you can rank by size, price or date.
- Buy and Sell chips: Green and red, so the direction of a trade reads at a glance.
- Paging: The table steps through history rather than scrolling forever.

The business behind the ticker
Ratios first, grouped into seven categories; then four statements, each seven years wide. Every figure is boxed in green when it grew on the year before and red when it shrank, so the trend reads before you read the numbers.
- Ratio categories: Valuation, profitability, liquidity, leverage, coverage, efficiency and market performance.
- Income statement: Revenue, EBITDA, EBIT, profit before tax and profit after tax.
- Balance sheet and cash flow: Assets, liabilities and equity; cash from operations, investing and financing.
- Growth / degrowth boxes: The green and red outlines around each cell mark the direction versus the prior period.
- Table or chart, annual or quarterly: Each statement has its own toggles.

Context, not numbers in isolation
A P/E of 30 means nothing until you know what the sector trades at. Two tables: the company against its sector with a plain Better / Worse verdict, and the ten closest peers on the same metrics.
- vs Sector: Each ratio next to the sector figure, with a verdict chip in the last column.
- Green and red outlines: The company's cell is outlined green when it overperforms the sector, red when it underperforms.
- Edit columns: Choose which ratios the comparison shows.
- vs Peers: Ten comparable companies with market cap, P/E, P/B, ROE and ROCE.
- Leader and Loser tags: The best and worst value in each column is called out.
- Every peer is a link: Open that company's own page to run the same check on it.

What the company actually does
At the foot of the page: the logo, a plain description of the business, then the website, the year it was founded and the headquarters. Short, and the part most people skip and then wish they hadn't. A company FAQ closes the page below it.
